You may qualify under this category, if you have worked in Canada for one year, in a paid full-time skilled, managerial, executive role, on a valid work permit in Canada;
Federal Skilled Trades
You may qualify under this category, if you are in the trade field, for example, a plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc.;

Application Process
Once we can confirm that you qualify for Express Entry under at least one of the programs above, you are given a separate set of points by IRCC, to establish your competitiveness against other people who are also interested in Express Entry. These points are called Comprehensive Ranking System (“CRS”) points.
The CRS points are awarded on a basis of various factors such as age, education, language ability, potential Canadian work experience, spousal factors (if applicable) and specific skills transfer criteria. IRCC are currently selecting people with high points at this time.
